Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets in the assigned region. This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel within the region to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows and customer-specific events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the convenience or vending industry
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
