Job Title: Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and communication of brewing and food co-products from their source to our customers, mainly farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the logistics and communication of brewing and food co-products from their source to our customers, mainly farms.
  • Work directly with the Brewery Services Team to streamline processes and create efficiencies for a customer-centric experience.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer service and organization.
  • Have a desire to understand system infrastructure and its challenges.
  • Willingness to streamline existing processes and create new ones.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of diverse personalities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and content management systems.
  • Strive to be an effective collaborator, critical thinker, and enthusiastic problem-solver.
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Work and communicate effectively within a team environment, both oral and written.
  • Display integrity with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Manage risk by operating within established guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in Account Management, Logistics Management, Scheduling, or related field with a bachelor's degree.
  • Provide support during business hours with occasional evening and weekend hours.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Resource Management (CRM) Software, and Google Workspace products.
  • Multi-tasking abilities coupled with strong organizational skills.
Benefits:
  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $64,500 - $85,980.
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
