Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sales professional to join our team as a Regional Account Manager in the Midwest. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business opportunities in the Midwest territory.
  • Develop and execute customer sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and other key stakeholders in the region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and sales presentations to customers and distributors.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Industrial sales, with a proven track record of success in managing a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
