About the Role">

The Cancer Navigator RN Lead is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring that patients receive seamless and coordinated care throughout their cancer journey.

Responsibilities">

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of oncology experience and a current Oregon Registered Nurse License. OCN certification is also required within 18 months of hire.
