About the Position
As an Oncology Nurse Navigator at Providence, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centric care. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for empowering patients to take control of their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to patients and their families throughout the continuum of cancer care
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on treatment options, emotional well-being, and financial implications of a cancer diagnosis
- Triages physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and refers them to relevant resources or interventions as needed

Benefits and Compensation
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer matching. Additionally, we offer $45.22 - $71.58 per hour base pay range, which may be supplemented by shift differentials, overtime, and bonus opportunities based on performance and availability.

Requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
- OCN certification within 18 months of employment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology nursing
