Cancer Care Navigator RN

The Oncology Nurse Navigator role is a critical component of cancer care, serving as a consistent resource throughout the treatment process.
This position requires a skilled RN knowledgeable about treatment decisions, emotional impact, and financial considerations.
Key objectives include empowering patients with information, enabling them to participate in their personal care process, improving understanding of decisions and treatment plans, and ensuring successful completion of treatment.

A competitive salary package is available, including a generous $96,000 per year compensation, plus an $6,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet specific conditions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- OCN within 18 months of hire
- 3 years of Oncology experience
Prior experience in Case management or Clinical Trial Nursing may be beneficial.
