Respiratory Cardiac Care Nurse Lead

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Cardiac Care Nurse Lead to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. Job Summary:
The Respiratory Cardiac Care Nurse Lead will be responsible for overseeing the care of acute patients with respiratory illnesses and thoracic surgeries during night shifts. This position requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License and at least one year of nursing experience. The role emphasizes collaboration within a skilled team and offers various incentives, including evening and night shift differentials and a hiring bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the care of acute patients with respiratory illnesses and thoracic surgeries during night shifts
- Collaborate with a skilled team to provide high-quality patient care
- Ensure that patients receive timely and effective treatment, in accordance with established medical guidelines and protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
