Clinical Oncology Navigator

Providence is committed to providing exceptional care to patients with cancer. As a Clinical Oncology Navigator, you will serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of cancer care. This role requires a strong understanding of multiple treatment decisions, financial impact, and emotional well-being of patients and their families.
The primary goal of this position is to empower patients to participate in their personal care process, reduce stress related to cancer diagnosis, and improve understanding of treatment plans. You will work closely with healthcare teams to provide timely interventions and referrals, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the patient journey.
This rewarding role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $45.22 - $71.58 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Key qualifications include an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association, and OCN certification within 18 months of hire. A minimum of three years' experience in Oncology nursing is also required. Preferred qualifications include Case management or Clinical Trial Nurse experience.
