Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Analyze job requirements and develop safe work methods to ensure high-quality results.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by mixing solvents and applying techniques to remove grease, rust, and dirt.
  • Fill cracks and holes, and mix colors of paint, varnish, stain, shellac, and calcimine.
  • Operate spray-painting equipment or use brushes or rolls to apply paint on surfaces.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have at least five years of experience in marine coatings and/or industrial coatings field with C12, C7, C14, or NBPI certification.
