Job Description

Marine Hydraulics International, LLC is a leading provider of ship repair and conversion services to the U.S. Navy, Military Sealift Command, Maritime Administration, and commercial ship owners and operators worldwide.

We are seeking experienced Marine Machinery Technicians to join our team in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating mechanical equipment such as lathes, boring mills, planers, shapers, slotting machines, and milling machines to assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts.
  • Assembling and disassembling equipment such as pumps, valves, and turbines.
  • Installing ship machinery including propelling machinery, auxiliary motors, pumps, ventilating equipment, and steering gears.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
