Ship Repair Scheduling Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ship Repair Scheduling Manager to join our team at BAE Systems USA. In this role, you will oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed production schedules, develop production budgets, and monitor project progress.
Responsibilities- Manage production planning activities across multiple teams
- Analyze and report on production schedule performance
- Lead collaborative efforts with operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ship repair scheduling or similar field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
This role comes with a competitive salary of $58,300 - $99,100 per year, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and paid time off.
