Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Partner, Executive Search to join our team at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, source, and onboard top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional talent strategy managers, HR business partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for regular and proposal openings, including staffing requisition coordination, recruitment strategy development, and candidate assessment.
  • Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals, including social media, employee referrals, and internal/external networks.
  • Lead recruitment discussions with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure complete understanding of job requirements and qualifications.
  • Ensure timely generation and updates for applicant status reports and recruitment summaries.
  • Work closely with local HR teams to ensure smooth transition from talent acquisition pre-employment processes to post-employment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable processes and regulations, including documentation of business requirements and standard operating procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in executive-level global search.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior managers.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to inspire, lead, and work across the globe.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Ability to research and analyze data information.
  • Understanding of employment law and government compliance regulations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
