Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design processes that fulfill organizational needs.
  • Address inquiries related to current products and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate questions and proposed actions with internal IT personnel.
  • Establish and nurture interdepartmental relationships to fully comprehend the needs of each division.
  • Identify and communicate solutions both internally within the IT department and externally to other divisions based on thorough analysis and research.
  • Utilize existing form-building software to modify, maintain, and create forms across various divisions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engage in modifying current software configurations and correcting errors while actively seeking opportunities for product enhancement and increased efficiency.
  • Respond to IT inquiries and support tickets related to Salesforce and other online platforms.
  • Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Participate in weekly cross-divisional meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of processes, needs, challenges, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • A mature Christian faith aligned with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
  • A strong and evolving understanding of SAAS functionality (required).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Advanced problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary of $75,000 per year.
