Your Role

As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency through technology. Your passion for problem-solving and your commitment to serving others will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement processes that address organizational needs.
• Provide support and answers to inquiries related to current products and services.
• Facilitate communication between internal IT staff and other divisions to ensure clarity on questions and action plans.
• Build and nurture cross-departmental relationships to identify and deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze issues and communicate necessary fixes to both IT and other divisions.
• Utilize form-building software to create and maintain forms across various departments.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage in modifying software configurations and correcting issues while seeking opportunities for enhancements.
• Assist with IT inquiries and support tickets, particularly related to Salesforce and other digital platforms.
• Develop and oversee Salesforce dashboards and reporting systems.
• Participate in weekly meetings to stay informed about processes, needs, challenges, and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• A strong personal Christian faith that aligns with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• In-depth understanding of SAAS functionality is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to anticipate, diagnose, and resolve problems effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment is necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Starting salary of $75,000 annually.
