Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating with various levels of personnel, including Project Managers and Engineers, to finalize project plan presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with diverse teams to establish project timelines and schedules.
2. Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project and program documentation.
3. Actively participate in project and program meetings as required.
4. Assist in the development of materials to support program meetings.
5. Help process staff expense reports and resolve any related issues.
6. Contribute to special projects and tasks that align with the goals of the S&AS Business Area.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (such as Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science), Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks involving complex and varied challenges.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of confidence and self-motivation.
