Job Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate with various levels of personnel, including Project Managers and Engineers, to finalize project planning presentations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating coordination among team members to establish project timelines and schedules.
  • Organizing, tracking, and maintaining comprehensive project and program documentation.
  • Participating in project and program meetings as required.
  • Assisting in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.
  • Helping process staff expense reports and resolving any related issues.
  • Contributing to special projects and tasks that support the S&AS Business Area.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (such as Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science), Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
