A Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of pertinent experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 16 years of applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, extensive experience in Department of Defense (DoD) program management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Earned Value Management System methodologies, along with experience in Electronic Attack/Warfare programs.
