Senior Electrical Integration Engineer

Position OverviewWe are in search of a Senior Electrical Integration Engineer with over 5 years of experience in systems integration to contribute to and spearhead applied research and development as well as product innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Successful candidates will be capable of supporting several (not necessarily all) of the following tasks:
  • Evaluate vehicle (e.g., aerospace, terrestrial, remotely operated, etc.) specifications and formulate pertinent integrated system frameworks
  • Design integrated system frameworks that facilitate subsystem communication, power management, and control mechanisms
  • Create integration strategies, generate interface control documents (ICDs), and monitor requirements against established plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to realize the necessary physical and logical system interfaces
  • Engage in hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of intricate hardware and software integrations throughout various phases of the design and assembly process
  • Utilize standard embedded and industrial communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, 1553, UART, SPI, I2C, aircraft communication protocols, and Open Mission Systems
  • Lead and assist in system trade studies, design processes, design evaluations, integration, assembly, and testing efforts
  • Apply relevant electrical engineering and safety regulations and standards

Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory
  • Capability to obtain and sustain a Secret security clearance is essential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems design and integration is necessary

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 based on experience
