Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 8 years of extensive experience in development to spearhead applied research and development as well as product innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in several of the following areas:
- Expertise in both analog and digital circuit design, particularly in power conversion architectures (e.g., analog filters, transistor and op-amp circuits, interface circuits, signal conditioning, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, AC/AC converters, and power supplies).
- Experience in large-scale power conversion ranging from 10 kW to several hundred kW.
- Design of electromagnetics tailored for power applications.
- Development for high-frequency and wide-bandgap power conversion.
- Design for high-frequency, high-power amplifiers.
- Lead technical electrical design initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.
- Implement innovative technologies from conceptual stages through detailed design.
- Proficient use of design and simulation tools such as Altium, KiCAD, SPICE, MATLAB, and Simulink for custom PCB development from schematic capture to layout, testing, and troubleshooting.

Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with high-power electronics design applicable to vehicle electrification, renewable energy systems, generators, and battery chargers.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and safety regulations.

- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience with power electronics systems, including motor drives, generators, AC/AC and DC/DC converters, and energy storage solutions.
