Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our front office operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by controlling access and monitoring the logbook.
  • Order front office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What We Offer
