Job Description

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our senior executives.

This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track department budgets.
  • Handle routine mail and inquiries, and prioritize projects assigned.
  • Coordinate with various departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and provide support to project managers.
  • Manage IT requests, budgets, org charts, and headcount allocations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
