  • Technical Support Champion: You will be the dependable resource for addressing hardware, software, and network complications.
  • Incident Management Expert: You will be responsible for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting Specialist: If you have a talent for diagnosing issues with desktop/laptop systems, backend infrastructure, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals, you will thrive in this role.
  • Onboarding Facilitator: Assist new employees in getting equipped with necessary IT resources and guide them through initial processes.
  • Documentation Specialist: Maintain and update our IT documentation, knowledge base, and procedures to ensure clarity and relevance.
  • System Monitoring Advocate: Proactively monitor our IT systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborative Team Member: Recognize when to escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel.
  • Process Improvement Contributor: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing our service desk operations for increased efficiency.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in IT support, demonstrating a history of effective problem resolution.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working in both Windows and MacOS environments, familiar with Active Directory and Office 365, and adept at navigating networks.
  • Analytical Thinker: Possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Effective Communicator: Capable of conveying complex technical information in an understandable manner.
  • Customer Service Professional: Skilled in managing multiple tasks while ensuring a positive experience for users.
