We are seeking both Entry-Level Behavior Support Specialists and seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to play an essential role in our mission at Behavioral Innovations.

Essential Job Requirements:
  • Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days.
  • Progress through the RBT Career Ladder.
  • Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately.
  • Build rapport with clients and provide high-quality care.
  • Accurately measure and record data during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with Lead RBT for training sequences.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
