Qualifications We Seek:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in IT support, demonstrating a history of effective problem resolution.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with both Windows and MacOS environments, familiar with Active Directory and Office 365, and adept at navigating networks.
  • Analytical Thinker: Possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Effective Communicator: Capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Customer Service Professional: Able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring user satisfaction.
