Role Purpose: The Art & Design program within the School of the Arts at NKU is inviting applications for the role of Adjunct Faculty in Photography. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to deliver dynamic, career-focused photography courses. Our program emphasizes a multifaceted approach to art-making, blending technical proficiency with conceptual growth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach within a well-structured curriculum that includes Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degrees in Photography, as well as other related programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging photography courses that inspire and educate students.
- Mentor students, guiding them in their artistic and professional development.
- Manage studio resources responsibly, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Contribute to the strategic goals of the university, particularly in promoting inclusive excellence and student success.

Qualifications:
- A Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Photography or a related field is required.
- Active engagement in professional photography practice.
- Proficiency in contemporary photography techniques and digital processes.

Technical Skills:
- Ability to teach Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop effectively.
- Knowledge of DSLR camera operation and digital file management.
- Experience in studio lighting and digital printing processes.
