Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to join our team at Northern Kentucky University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, and religious studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach one or more of the following courses: introduction to cultural anthropology, introduction to archaeology, world cultures, introduction to sociology, sociology of global inequalities, philosophy, individuals, and society, introduction to logic, philosophers, cultures, and creativity, philosophy of ethics, information ethics, health care ethics, or world religions and cultures.
  • Courses may be offered on NKU's campus, online, or at area high schools.
Requirements
  • M.A. in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, or religious studies required.
