Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
