Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front-End Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
