Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Clean and service assigned guest rooms, ensuring they meet our established standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
