Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Manager

As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including project managers, team leads, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of experience in project management, change management, or performance management.
  • Advanced level project management experience, including successful implementation and management of medium to large-scale projects impacting a large organization.
  • Intermediate skills in using software and tools to manage projects and develop presentations, such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, managers, and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze information, define problems and objectives, formulate logical and objective conclusions, recognize alternatives, and make recommendations.
