Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Manage project finances, including invoicing and budgeting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in design and construction management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
