Job Title: HR Human Resources Coordinator

Caring Home Care NY is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join its team. This role will be responsible for conducting onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks, physical exams, and Home Care Registry checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, medical records, and training documentation.
  • Administer HHA training and in-service schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Enter new hires into Home Care Registry and HHA Exchange, and submit necessary tax forms to the Finance Department.
  • Prepare employee ID badges and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with employment verification and request for job letters.
  • Inform supervisors of any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with HHA Exchange software and CHRC/Registry software.
  • Ability to attend required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment and a positive, professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.
