  • Needs and Skills Assessments: Conduct thorough needs and skills assessments using a variety of tools and techniques, including computer-based assessments and one-on-one interviews.
  • Access to Training and Education: Coordinate access to training, education, and barrier-removal services for customers, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
  • Eligibility Verification: Verify eligibility for program services and ensure that customers meet the necessary requirements.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor customers' progress during participation in program activities and provide follow-up support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital case files, ensuring that all documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A related bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience in workforce development or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Familiarity with the communities being served, knowledge of local needs and resources, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
