**Job Title:** ASPIRE Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASPIRE Coordinator to join our team at the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing adult workforce development programs, working closely with local employers and community organizations to provide training and education opportunities for adults.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and implement adult workforce development programs, including recruitment, enrollment, and retention of participants

• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and community organizations to identify training needs and opportunities

• Collaborate with program staff to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of adult learners

• Provide support and guidance to program participants, including career counseling and job placement services

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in education, workforce development, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult education or workforce development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service
