  • Participate in forecasting exercises to provide insights for capacity and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish competitive pricing that meets customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technical teams in a complex technological environment.
  • Lead initiatives to resolve technical and business-related customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the organization professionally, showcasing capabilities and proposals effectively.
  • Stay informed about product and service offerings to provide accurate solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales to medical device or diagnostics companies, or 8+ years as a customer-facing applications engineer with a strong sales focus.
  • Demonstrated success in converting prospects into profitable accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • A proactive approach, with a strong desire to take initiative.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, maintaining ethical standards in all dealings.
  • Familiarity with medical manufacturing standards, including ISO and FDA requirements.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and solid models credibly.
  • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting customer needs and company goals.
  • Proven ability to advocate for customers while balancing company objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
