Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Spectrum Staffing Services/HRStaffers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers for our complete line of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product knowledge and support to internal and external customers.
  • Complete method verification for all instrument purchase orders to ensure efficient system deployment.
  • Complete lot conversions as requested and verified by contract commitments for new reagents.
  • Solve problems for internal and external customers, including instruments, reagents, and digital products.
  • Provide support to Sales during live lectures, demonstrations, or evaluations.
  • Maintain contact with customers within assigned territories and utilize CRM to record all customer activities.
  • Perform customer on-site evaluations, demonstrations, and lectures as requested.
  • Furnish leads to the Sales Team upon technical calls and interactions with existing clients.
  • Supply appropriate telephone support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a medical technologist with coag exposure; prefer experience with our products.
  • Current driver's license is mandatory.
  • More than 80% travel based on territory and company needs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Skills:
  • Excel and Windows Office Suite Applications.
  • Ability to write and deliver effective and persuasive technical and non-technical presentations.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply clinical knowledge to data analysis.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
