Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Occupancy Planner to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for managing the supply, capacity, and demand of our space portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize space utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve planning issues
  • Ensure that planning is aligned with corporate guidelines and policies
  • Track and report on customer requested exceptions and develop planning strategies for approval by senior leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise on workplace programs and utilization data to drive solutions that increase productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of occupancy experience or 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is highly desirable
  • Experience with interior office renovations and CAFM systems is a plus
