Compensation Highlights:
- Front End Commission up to 25%

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements.
- Help clients identify a vehicle that meets their desires and needs.
- Become an expert on our vehicles, including product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Personalize vehicle delivery while ensuring clients comprehend the vehicle's operational features.
- Conduct daily follow-ups utilizing the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (E lead CRM).
Qualifications
- Experience in Stellantis Sales or Jeep is preferred.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy demeanor throughout the workday.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to dealership standards.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
