About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Brilliant Earth. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our luxury jewelry business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through the purchasing process, creating personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Manage a high volume of sales leads and provide a luxury customer experience through various channels, including appointments, walk-ins, and phone calls.
  • Proactively greet and assist customers, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers, and review customer feedback surveys to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
