Job Title: Client Service Specialist, Hair Color Bar

At Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our Hair Color Bar team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and the Hair Color Bar team, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Recommend products and services to guests, promoting our brand and driving sales.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators, including retail sales, services, and memberships.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
