Role SummaryWe're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
- Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
