We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including payroll administration, benefits management, and recruitment coordination.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Generalist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave programs;
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening applications, and conducting interviews;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including employee information, time-off requests, and performance reviews;
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least three years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
