Administrative Coordinator

About the Job: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator, Grants Management to join our Grants Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing grant operations, processing grant payments, and supporting the team during workload spikes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage grant data entry, including current contacts, coding, payments, reporting requirements, and documentation.
- Review grant data and resolve coding questions with the data management team.
- Update grantee contact records based on research and staff guidance.
- Communicate with grantees and Finance regarding outstanding payment forms and changes to authorized banking contacts.
- Ensure grantee requirements are received and approved.
- Reconcile and close grantee records at regular intervals.
- Provide administrative support to the grants management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and 1-2 years work experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Aptitude and interest in learning and working in databases.
Benefits: The MacArthur Foundation offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
