Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support for engineering teams in our Chicago office. About the Role:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to assigned teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve team efficiency
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, promoting open communication and collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as a back-up for mail and telephone duties for the Receptionist as required
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum six months experience in an administrative role, familiarity with engineering preferred
Salary Information:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
