Mack & Associates, Ltd. seeks a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join its Chicago office on a four-month assignment. This fully onsite position provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting senior leaders and handling key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Expertly schedule meetings and appointments to keep each day running smoothly.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents and presentations, ensuring executives have everything they need at their fingertips.
  • Prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests, making sure executives are always in the loop.
  • Arrange travel plans and detailed itineraries, ensuring hassle-free trips for the executives.
  • Assist with special projects and handle various administrative tasks that keep the team moving forward.

Qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent multitasking skills and an eye for detail to manage priorities effectively.
  • Able to manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this position is $24-32/hr, depending on experience.
