As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process for mid-sized and large employers, creating market demand, and developing strategic plans to secure deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evangelize Maven Clinic's mission and value proposition to HR buyers and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Development and Channel teams to build a robust pipeline and secure meetings with key stakeholders
  • Assess buyer needs and preferences to position Maven Clinic's solutions effectively
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes for complex deals, ensuring seamless execution and timely closure
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of direct sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into HR or similar functions within large employers
  • Exceptional sales performance history, with a proven track record of quota achievement and forecasting
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes for complex deals, with a strong understanding of the healthcare system and digital health space
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to travel within the territory (~25% of the month)
  • Strong organizational skills, including detailed management of deals in Salesforce and coordination of follow-up with prospects
