Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and promoting insurance products? Do you have a strong understanding of insurance terminology and regulations? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at The Auto Club Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell insurance products and services to members, promoting the benefits of our offerings and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Process insurance applications, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials, providing them with valuable information and promoting our products.
  • Provide cashiering services to members, processing payments and handling cash transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to agents when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products, promoting our offerings and engaging with customers.
  • Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service, following our customer service model.
  • Resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management when necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Participate in office events developed to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities.
Requirements:
  • Active State Property & Casualty license (ACG will assist candidates in obtaining the required license if necessary).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends, and participate in community events.
