Job Summary

Wild Mind Ales is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a THC Sales Representative for our WLD WTR cannabis beverage brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with on and off premise accounts in the Rochester, MN market area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive brand growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores
  • Work closely with our distribution partners to ensure effective product placement and merchandising
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the brewing team to create sales goals and strategies
  • Monitor and report progress of sales goals and targets using data analytics tools

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the craft beer or alcohol industry
  • Working knowledge of the Midwest territory
  • Passion for craft beer and THC
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as needed
