Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve financial processes across all locations.
  • Collaborate with office managers and staff to ensure financial practices align with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Train and mentor the accounting team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
  • Monitor compliance with dental insurance billing practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with month-end close, financial audits, and other financial duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with significant experience in AR management.
  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of assessing and improving financial processes in multi-location businesses.
  • Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and collections processes.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to lead and implement changes swiftly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
