Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Administration to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations, including accounting and finance, business administration, human resources, travel management, and corporate culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a senior member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to strategic decision-making and policy development
- Accounting & Finance: Oversee relationships with external accounting and tax partners, lead financial planning, and manage financial operations
- Business Administration: Manage vendor procurement, business insurance, and compliance with state regulations
- Human Resources (HR): Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, lead onboarding, payroll processing, and employee benefits management
- Travel & Compliance: Review and approve employee travel requests, maintain and improve travel management systems
- Corporate Culture: Lead and coordinate corporate events and initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive company culture
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, accounting, and business administration
- Skills: Expertise with Box, QuickBooks Online, and the MS Suite of applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to analyze complex data
- Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with education and experience
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, Life
- 401K & Profit-Sharing: Participation in a 401K profit-sharing plan after a six-month waiting period, with corporate contributions
- Paid Time Off: 11 paid federal holidays annually, 20 additional days of paid time off in the first year, and 30 days of paid time off in the second year
