Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Administration to oversee our day-to-day administrative operations, including accounting and finance, business administration, human resources, travel management, and corporate culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a senior member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to strategic decision-making and policy development
  • Accounting & Finance: Oversee relationships with external accounting and tax partners, lead financial planning, and manage financial operations
  • Business Administration: Manage vendor procurement, business insurance, and compliance with state regulations
  • Human Resources (HR): Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, lead onboarding, payroll processing, and employee benefits management
  • Travel & Compliance: Review and approve employee travel requests, maintain and improve travel management systems
  • Corporate Culture: Lead and coordinate corporate events and initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive company culture
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, accounting, and business administration
  • Skills: Expertise with Box, QuickBooks Online, and the MS Suite of applications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to analyze complex data
